Services provided by Dr. Sirbasku include therapy, consultation, and evaluation. Dr. Sirbasku’s clinical practice specializes in, but is not limited to, psychological evaluation and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and families. Treatment plans and approaches are developed according to the individual needs and available resources of each client. Dr. Sirbasku helps clients to recognize and utilize their unique strengths. Fees and Insurance
An initial 15-minute phone consultation is offered free of charge in order to determine if Dr. Sirbasku is an appropriate referral for your current concern. Dr. Sirbasku does not currently accept insurance as payment; however, she will help the client complete the needed paperwork to access out of network benefits, if these are available to the client and the client provides written consent. Fees can be discussed with Dr. Sirbasku on the phone prior to the first office appointment.
